Le plafond voûté offre une sensation d'ouverture. 3 grandes chambres avec walk-in, 1 chambre en mezzanine, 2 salles de bain, salon / salle à manger, bureau à domicile et garage pour 2 voitures offrent amplement d'espace. La cour et la piscine privées offrent une vue panoramique sur les montagnes. L'emplacement est proche de Smoketree, Ace Hotel, Saguaro, Parker et de toute la région revitalisée de South Palm Springs. This home was lovely, perfectly kept, and a ideal escape for our group. The weekend theme was cocktails and caftans and the beautiful pool and yard combined with the full kitchen made the few days we spent so comfortable. We are so grateful for our time spent here and hope to be back someday.

I have stayed here several times. It is a beautiful home, I love the pool, and it's a great location. Management is always easy and great to communicate with, which is rarely needed.

Fred's house was the perfect place for a quick getaway to Palm Springs. It was very hot outside, but the house was always cool. The pool was great. Fred's style in the house was impeccable and stylish.

Epic Vacation Once Again

This is the fourth time we have been to this home. The children absolutely identify about it and talk about it all year. The location is excellent and everything was perfect. Our-adult children love it too. Our sons played golf and we went to town for a few dinners and bbq'd the other nights. The owner is super responsive and the price is excellent. The neighborhood is over the top and you couldn't hear a pin drop day and night. Looking forward to our next stay at our "home away from home". Thank you Fred for a memorable vacation in the desert.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic Palm Springs property! The house is spacious, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with large open living areas perfect for relaxing with friends. The backyard and pool are truly the highlight—a private oasis with plenty of room to lounge, swim, and enjoy the sunshine.The home was stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to pool towels, and everything was clean and thoughtfully set up for guests. We stayed with a small group of friends and loved every minute of it.If you’re considering booking—do it! This place is a gem and we can’t wait to come back.

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

Great spot. Nice neighborhood. Responsive host and property manager. We think most people must grill or go out to eat. Since it was thanksgiving we cooked at home. There was everything we needed for appliances. Lovely pool but it was a little too chilly out to swim. Thanks Fred!

Nice pool, shame about the road

We very much enjoyed Fred’s place. The rooms, house and pool were great. We just had a few quibbles: 1.There was no way to play music, and we know that Palm Springs has some pretty serious noise bylaws, but it would have been nice to have a way to play some low-volume background music indoors. 2. There is a fairly busy road on the other side of the hedge from the back yard and the pool. It was by no means a deal-breaker, but it was distracting.

Family time

It was a hot weekend in Palm Springs so thankfully the backyard pool was a perfect place to spend the day! There were lots of chaise lounges, rafts, umbrellas, and different seating areas. The house was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. It was in a very nice area of Palm Springs. Our family and 2 small doggies enjoyed our time spent at this home and we would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and stylish

We loved the mid-century home and decor. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for our trip with plenty of towels, lots of pillows, all appliances, comfortable beds, a great pool and even plenty of keurig coffees! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Make sure to drive around and check out all of the surrounding homes to get a glimpse of mid-century life! The pool was large with amazing views of the mountains and so close to downtown Palm Springs. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place with amazing amenities!

Another 5-Star Stay

This is my second time staying at Fred’s property and it was just as great as the first. Check-in was easy, house was clean and contact with the host was fast. The pool was clean and heated and fresh towels were in both the bathrooms. I would happily stay here again. :)

Fabulous Palm Springs vacation home

Fred’s place is amazing in every way. Super clean and stylish with all the amenities you need for an incredible Palm Springs vacation, particularly the spectacular heated pool. Super cool and convenient

Loved the decor and appliances! Beautiful backyard with plenty of lounge chairs and tables surrounding a warm pool. Minutes from great restaurants like Birba, Cheeky’s, Wilma and Frieda, Las Casuelas and Tac/Quila. Perfect home base for a guy’s golf getaway, sipping margaritas after a round of golf while floating in the pool!

I always dreamed of buying a vacation home in Palm Springs to get away from the cold Summers (and Falls, and Springs and Winters!) of San Francisco. When two friends of mine told me they were planning to list their home for sale, I jumped at the opportunity. The house is in one of the premier neighborhoods in South Palm Springs and has amazing proximity to everything. The fact it was a mid-century home with great bones that needed just some TLC made it a dream come true!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The second story loft bedroom is my favorite because its an anomaly among mid-century homes. The original owner was an artist and illustrator who built it for her studio because of the great light off the mountains. She did this before Sonny Bono passed the law forbidding second stories on mid-century homes. The purists hate it and have asked me to remove it, but I said no way!
