Located next to Hill Air Force Base and within walking distance of the Weber State University–Davis campus, this home combines convenience with cozy, functional living.

At this time, the owners are actively completing furnishing of the home. The furnishing of the property with a couch, television, and dryer has been delayed due to the holiday season. In the interim, the living room is equipped with two large, comfortable chairs that provide functional seating until the remaining furniture arrives.

Additionally, two bedrooms are not yet furnished, and for that reason, the maximum guest count is temporarily limited to 2 guests. The listing has been adjusted accordingly, and we will update availability and guest capacity as soon as furnishing is complete.

Despite this temporary furnishing status, the home is fully available and suitable for hosting guests and includes:

We recognize that seeing photos that differ slightly from current furnishings can be confusing, and we want to be 100% transparent to ensure guests are not misled in any way. As a result, the nightly rate has been intentionally discounted approximately 20% below comparable rentals in the area during this initial listing and furnishing period.
