Lake Front Cottage avec plage privée

Le gßte rural viticole The Shores of Erie est un lieu de villégiature incomparable. Le chalet a sa propre terrasse privée de 40'x6 'surplombant le lac et sa piscine creusée chauffée. C'est un espace de détente avec antiquités, golf, observation des oiseaux et caves à quelques minutes à peine. Cette maison joliment décorée convient aux couples ou aux familles / groupes.

Cette maison dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Un foyer au gaz dans le salon, la télévision par satellite, tout le linge de maison et une laverie. Il peut accueillir 6-8 personnes avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. C'est une maison sans fumée. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est juste ici.

Loved staying for two weeks at this well equipped lake house. Comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for and more. The pool was amazing, we used it everyday and being right on the water was so peaceful. Hope to return for another summer vacation one day.

The updates that were made since our last stay 5 years ago were well done. The heated pool was a real bonus for our stay in September.

Everything we needed for cooking was there.We barbecued daily.I slept great, partly as we were outside walking or in the pool. One night we had a good thunderstorm that was cleansing.

Perfect getaway

We had a short couple of days at this property and it was just what we needed. It was so relaxing being by the water and hearing the waves, all while taking a dip in the warm pool. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely book this place again.

Highly Recommend

We just finished our stay at this cottage and we loved it. The pool was amazing and especially enjoyed swimming and hearing the waves. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Also nice and close to Amherstburg for shopping and Colchester for larger beach. Would highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Girls week away

Amazing place to stay. Not far from areas to shop and explore. Step out the back door 5 steps to the heated pool. Then another 5 steps to the deck that overlooks Lake Erie. Cottage had everything we needed.

Relaxing and fun

Throughly enjoyed the heated pool. Smoke from forest fires spoiled most sunsets but sound of waves was very relaxing. Lots of room in cottage and very well stocked. Would highly recommend.

The pool was great although we didn’t use it because it was too windy and cool. Everything you needed was there. The complaint I have is the dirty oven in the kitchen stove. The BBQ was also disgusting. We still had a good time. We brought our own little BBQ thank goodness. Thanks so much Lucas.

Magical pool!

It was terrific other than the stairs. The one bathroom was downstairs , the stairs as they are, were difficult for us to negotiate with our wee boy. Other than that, it was amazing! The beach right at our feet and as my grandson said, "The magical pool!", in the backyard. It was also the best equipped cottage we have ever rented! I would highly recommend!

Colchester wedding accommodations, top notch.

Was a terrific venue for the family to stay for family wedding in Colchester. We gather for a 78th birthday celebration, we're able to jump on boat and seafood by wading out a bit. The pool and fireput definitely made the location top notch. Beds super comfy. Enjoyed all recent renovations and updates. Thank you do very much. We'll return!

This was the vacation from hell.

We arrived at the property after a 5 1/2 hour drive only to discover that they did not expect us. The building was under construction . I have several e-mails confirming the date. Our vacation was spoiled. I will not book with vrbo again

A relaxing wonderful time

The cottage is just as described and the view is incredible. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool was awesome. The steep stairs and main floor bathroom can be an issue for older folks who are up and down at night but the beds are super comfortable and the rest of the amenities make up for it.

A little Oasis

We very much enjoyed our stay. We did not get out of the pool all week even when there was cooler weather because the pool was heated. We visited the lavender farm and winery which was lovely and found beach glass on the beach in front of the cottage. After our little one went to bed, we enjoyed a glass of wine by the water. We felt like we traveled to a resort. We went in late June and the may flies were crazy! They are harmless but it required a lot of skimming of the pool and some even came home with us. Apparently June is their season. All-in-all it was a great vacation and we look forward to returning.

Amazing escape for the family!

Cottage with a pool

Beauriful location. Lovely deck right at the water. Awesome sunsets. Great pool area. Lots of wineries in the area. Could use some better outdoor furnishing on deck and around yhe pool area. My 3rd time yhere. Eill be bsck.
