Finca Telma Golf in S'Horta

Large Finca with marvellous views at the Vall d'Or golf course. Finca Telma Golf offers a lot of space and for 10 guests and a wide areas outside with several terraces, summer kitchen, lawns, private pool and a ping pong table.

Finca Telma Golf is located next to the Vall d'Or golf course in the rolling hills between S'Horta and Porto Colom. This beautiful seaside village has a picturesque harbour, a selection of fine dining restaurants and various beaches. The vivid holiday resort Cala D'Or is only a short drive away and offers a wide variety of spare-time activities and sports facilities.

Finca Telma Golf offers an ample living area distributed on two floors and has been furnished in a classic country house style. The ground floor offers an open living room, next to it a dining area and the adjoining kitchen with pantry. The living room has access to the covered and furnished terrace overlooking the pool. On the same floor is one twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub and shower.

All other bedrooms and another living room area on the first floor and have access to the first floor terraces. Two bedrooms are fitted with a double bed and have en-suite bathrooms. The terraces have views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. The other bedrooms are sharing one bathrooms, the terraces are overlooking the golf course.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer.

Finca Telma Golf has a large outdoor area, pristine pool with a slide and several terraces on both floors. Next to the pool is the pool house with shower room and a full summer kitchen, which is fitted with two BBQs, sink, worktop and a large dining table. The area around the house is paved with field stones and offers space to park several cars and a ping-pong table. Around the house are also some smaller lawns for the children to play on.

Children are welcome, one cot and one highchair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
No pets please.
Air-conditioning in all bedrooms on a timer. Schedule 21:00 hrs - 08:00 hrs.

Minimum stay is one week.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
There will be no cleaning and no linen or towel change during the stay.
For stays longer than 12 nights, towel and linen change are available on request and will be charged with 150,00 €.
A deposit of 600 € needs to be paid in cash on arrival. Once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded on departure.
