Villa Polita is located in Es Llombards, a small country village in the South of the island which has kept much of its original rural charm and character. The village square is framed by cafés, an Italian restaurant and a bakery, three more restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine are nearby and there is also a small beer garden with BBQ specials. Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyí, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.

Santanyí is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for schnorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Carribean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.

The holiday home Polita is a very authentic and lovingly renovated village house with a main building and an annex. The rustic walls and carefully selected furniture enhance its unique charm and ambience.

The entrance doors open to a comfortable living room with a rustic wood-burning oven, which is connected to the bright and ample dining room by an archway. To the left of the dining room is the fully fitted kitchen. The main building has two bedrooms. One is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a gallery, that is fitted with two more beds - ideal for a couple and two children. The bathroom is right on the opposite side of the hallway. The second bedroom of the main building is a twin bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite.

The annex has an independent entrance and offers a bathroom en-suite and a small lounge area.

Both dining room and kitchen have access to the backyard and the raised pool area.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, which is running on a timer on a fixed schedule.

Villa Polita has an appealing backyard with a covered porch. The porch is fitted with a dining table and next to it, there is a BBQ-grill. The raised pool area offers space for up to 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. More sun loungers can be set up next to the pool area. In addition, the house has a large courtyard in front of the house, which is ideal for the children to play.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. The first set of cot plus high chair are included in the price. For each other infant another cot will be added and charged with 15,00 €/night. This is obligatory.

Minimum stay is one week. Extra days can be booked.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
