Our stay was great here. The two car garage was a great amenity to have. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to house big groups. We had a small hiccup while there but the host was very quick to resolve. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was spacious very clean! A comfortable and inviting, feel from moment we first walked in. The host was very attentive and had great instructions for all the amenities the house had to offer. We loved the yard games, arcade games, hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a total win. It is the best stocked rental I have ever been it. It has really high quality produtcts and literally more than you will get at most hotels. There is basic food and spices and a full coffee bar. It has more hang out rooms than we could use. The hot tub and sauna are amazing. Great backyard spaces. Clean and empty garage to park and plenty of other parking. It is closeby to VERY cool coffee shop and places to eat all in walking distance. It is a transitional neighborhood, but we felt safe. There is a very chatty guy living across the street sitting on his front porch the whole time, but he seemed harmless and just wanted to talk. The beds are all hard, but good pillows and linens. I wish I could clone this place and take it with me every time I need a rental!

This property is amazing for a large group. Great outdoor amenities, the hot tub and sauna were great even with colder weather. Every bedroom was so cozy and inviting. The kitchens are well equipped for meals at home. Plenty to keep everyone in our party busy - the basement game room was a hit. This will be our pick anytime we travel to Indianapolis. Great location with easy access to downtown, Bottleworks, and Mass Ave. Highly recommend!

We happened to be in town right after blizzard of 2026, the owner did his best to accommodate us due to the snow. He even sent someone to shovel late in the evening. They took care of everything we needed and communicated well. The home was beyond beautiful and clean it is located in an upcoming area with mostly street parking. The home had everything we needed down to soaps, shampoos etc and even pancake mix for breakfast. With top of the line small appliances for cooking and making coffee. The beds are memory foam and firm, lots of pillows and blankets throughout the home. Two towels for each bathroom, so you may want to bring along an extra beach towel to use in hot tub and sauna! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

What you see is what you get. This property looks new as noted in the owner's description. It is very well appointed and decorated, beds are comfortable and it's big enough to easily accommodate large groups. Our family was in town for the Indy 500 so we didn't get to spend as much time at the property as our typical visits. You could easily spend the better part of a day grilling out, taking a hot tub, playing yard games and sitting around the fire pit. All wrapped in a nice privacy fence. We did enjoy an evening sauna and everyone got a nice sweat on. Christal's communication and commitment to a positive experience for her guests is fast and honest and that's what everyone should look for in a VRBO host. The game room in the lower level is a bonus if you're traveling with kids, want some nostalgia or need to pass time on a rainy day. The location is an easy drive or inexpensive Uber to games, restaurants and other downtown activities and it was so easy to get to the speedway without being so close that you have the 24/7 noise in the town of speedway. Parking for at least one vehicle (likely 2 if they are cars) is nicely tucked away in the garage behind the property. If you're traveling with a group and want a clean, comfortable, fun place, this is it.

The house was amazing! Great for our family vacation with three generations. Both the kids and adults loved the video games in the basement, the huge eat in kitchen was great for sharing meals, and the backyard was the perfect oasis with the hot tub, firepit, and yard games provided. Christal was a great host and awesome with responding when we had issues with checking in and getting the grass cut. Couldn't recommend more.
