Aloha, welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our 1 bedroom beautiful garden view Paki Maui condo in a beautiful oceanfront complex.. Experience relaxing Hawaiian living in this one-bedroom with its free WiFi, full kitchen, with tranquil garden view, and open living room with sofabed, flat screen, ceiling fan and dining area.
Welcome to our Maui Paradise home. Paki Maui is an ocean front complex where you can swim and snorkel with the turtles and tropical fishes protected by a coral reef. This Garden view condo is located on the ground floor with easy access to the grassy lawn that faces the ocean with views of Molokai and Lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail. The whales keep you entertained from mid November through April and the sunsets are amazing.
Our one bedroom garden view unit is continually being updated with new decor and furniture. The unit sleeps four, with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, poolside gas grills, in-room cable TV and DVD player, wi-fi Internet, and laundry facilities. We have everything you need to make the most of your time in paradise. Step off the private lanai into a lush tropical garden to enjoy the serene koi pond and waterfalls. This Oceanfront complex has an Oceanside pool and Jacuzzi, gas grills for BBQ, lounge chairs on the green well kept lawn by the ocean are available for all the guests.
Our condo in West Maui (Honokowai) is located between Ka`anapali and Kapalua, this is one of the best areas of Maui, boasting cool breezes, calm waters, and beautiful sunsets. A short drive or walking distance to a great variety of shops, restaurants and a farmers market. Close to the best beaches and golf courses, this is the ideal place for families and sports lovers.
There is a Times grocery store just a 5 minute walk south, along with a Subway, Java Jazz, and several other stores. Directly across the street is Ohana Tacos, Honokowai Okazuya for the best deli on the West Side, and The Fish Market for the freshest catches around. Just a few steps north is Bad Ass Coffee (Maui`s version of Starbucks) and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is host to a Farmer`s Market in their parking lot, where you can buy fresh produce and other island delicacies.
Next to Paki Maui is the Honokowai Beach Park, with picnic tables, BBQ grills, playground equipment, swings, and restrooms. It`s a great place for a family picnic and for playing in the sand right at the water`s edge.

Honokawai is a much more relaxed area right between Old town Lahaina and Kapalua, just north of the Ka`anapali resorts area. You can walk to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, the farmers market, food trucks, the beach park, shopping and Times market. Walking distance to the start of the Ka`anapali beach walk for beautiful morning or sunset strolls. Short drive north to Napili Bay and Kapalua bay for amazing snorkling and beaches. Five minutes drive to Ka`anapali Whalers Village and all the shopping and restuarants with great sunset happy hours. 12 minute drive to the famous Lahaina front street with wonderful restuarants more shopping and great night life.
The bus stop is right outside the property and goes to all the major spots on the island. $2 quick ride to Napilli or Ka`anapali, or hop on another bus to Lahaina front street. There is also taxis, Uber and Lyft available.
Beach chairs, towels and a small cooler are provided to make your stay most enjoyable.

- Owner of the premises will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guests or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of the premises.
- Guest agree to vacate premises by the check-out time on the check-out date. Before vacating, please:
1) Collect all trash and place in outside containers
2) Place all used dishes and kitchen items in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle
3) Remove all perishables and food items from the refrigerator
4) Turn off all lights and appliances
5) Leave all towels hanging up so they don`t mildew.
