This top-floor, ninth-level monthly rental offers a peaceful coastal lifestyle with sweeping ocean views and a private patio overlooking the beach. The home is fully furnished, and utilities are included, making it an easy and comfortable option for traveling professionals or anyone seeking a longer beachside stay. The quiet environment and secure building access create a relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive, enhanced by a coded lobby, elevator access, electronic lock, and a backup lock box located outside.
The primary bedroom is designed for rest and privacy, featuring a king-size bed, a standard closet, and a Smart TV with cable for unwinding at the end of the day. Sunrise views can be enjoyed directly from this room, adding a calm start to your mornings. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a spacious walk-in closet, making it an ideal space for guests, colleagues, or additional storage. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to strike a balance between comfort and functionality.
