Very nice place, it was hard to get in with the code but we did figure it out it is Street parking only which does fill up fast but both nights we had a spot in front of the house.

This place has a weird location. When I arrived there was garbage in front of the property. Trying to enter the property was difficult, code to door was difficult to open. Owner had a key box that was hard to open. The walls of the inside of property was dirty. No parking close to the property. The neighbors were selling drugs in front of this property. Hot tub wasn't connected, and it only fits one person. I closed my bedroom door and got locked out, because code wasn't provided. If your desperate rent at your on risk!!

I will start by saying that the host was proactive in communication prior to our stay and during our stay. The issue is with the cleaniness of the property. There were visible bodily stains on the couch that were disgusting. It was clear it had not been cleaned in quite some time despite the obvious stains. The rooms, while somewhat clean, did not have any curtains over the windows which was a challenge early in the morning when the sun rose, or with ensuring there was privacy at night since you could see in to the rooms from the street. At one point, despite us not having much food in the property, a roach fell out of one of the cabinets. That is a signal that the cleaning for the property has been a long standing issue before we arrived. Overall, despite there being meticulous rules about cleaning up and noise control for guests, the maintenance and care of the property was minimal at best and below standards that should be done for a rental property. I would not stay at this location again and frankly, it has shifted any interest in renting through short term websites like VRBO in the future. I hope that the owner and host decide to take a better approach to cleaning and ensuring that other guests can have a cleaner, more positive experience going forward.

Nope! NO PARKING: There is no parking at the property, only street parking, which is always full. We had to park blocks away and drag our luggage through the questionable neighborhood to get to the house. BEDROOMS LOCKED: All four bedrooms had code locks on the doors, which were always locked. Very unfortunate when one blows shut and you're locked out of that bedroom with your belongings inside.HOT TUB IS A JOKE: Tiny, inflatable, no seating, mediocre cleanliness. DISHWASHER MOLD: Inside of dishwasher is full of black mold. Would not attempt to eat or cook at this property for concern over illness from the mold. DINGY: Walls dinged, smudged, and marked everywhere. Property seems to have had years of touch-up cleans, but never a deep cleaning. RUDE and WEIRD: At check in, host sent a long lecture about not making any noise, of any kind, at any time, or eviction would be immediate. Host also insisted on having a copy of a driver license before giving the door code. FRONT DOOR: Daylight visible all the way around the door from inside. Keypad lock didn't work, but we were eventually able to use the backup lockbox, even though the host wasn't sure about the code for it. Inside the backup lockbox was a big pile of rusty keys, only one of which worked in the front door. Would not stay again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! It is NOTHING like the photos! Host was responsive until I had issues. WiFi is not connected, the listing says “fancy with hot tub” but the hot tub is a tiny inflatable with garbage piled up next to it, that animals have obviously been getting into. Every single surface was sticky, pillows were completely ripped, sofa had weird white stains. A smoke detector was just hanging from the ceiling, missing pieces of the walls, the list goes on. Host completely ghosted me and despite VRBO not being able to contact this host either, they won’t give me a refund. Save yourself the trouble, omg.
