Welcome to our Seaside Villa Pura Vida.
This spacious vacation villa in Cape Coral can accommodate up to 6 guests (8 on request), has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is ideal for families, couples, groups, snowbirds, and boaters. Thanks to its quiet yet central location, everything in Cape Coral is within easy reach. Despite the quiet location, shopping, restaurants, and the popular Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve with its many footpaths through the mangrove forest are only a few minutes away by car.

The bright living area and separate lobby are each equipped with a smart TV (Fire TV, Sling, and Tablo TV). The fully equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, an air fryer, a blender, and a Keurig K Duo. The dining area seats eight, with four additional bar stools available.
Bedrooms:
Master suite with king-size bed, smart TV (Fire TV, Sling, and Tablo TV), direct lanai access, and en-suite bathroom (shower + bathtub). There is also a private outdoor area.

Flexible 4th bedroom/office with sofa bed
Outdoor living:
The covered lanai with lounge, dining area, and gas grill, as well as the sheltered pool area, invite you to relax. The perfect place to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets of Cape Coral.

Crib (Pack n Play), high chair, blackout curtains, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, and beach towels available. For the safety of the little ones, there is a pool fence and the entire back yard is fenced in.
