The house lacked a lot of furniture. It pretty much was bare bones. They list the sparkling pool, but no pool furniture. The hot tub was not heated. The kitchen supplies were very limited to the point where we ate out every breakfast lunch and dinner. The quality of linens and such was pretty poor. The furniture looks like it was just put in right before we checked in. Communication for the check-in and check out and flexibility of when we can get in and leave was great. But for the fact that we had to sit on the ground in the backyard when we wanted to utilize the sun or the pool was very lacking.

Sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations. Our listing pictures and the detailed amenities listed should give a very good idea of what is provided with the property. Property listing clearly indicates no hot tub is available and no grill is provided. Pictures show clearly no outside patio furniture provided. Although we will be adding patio furniture soon, we were waiting for the bad winter and now the hail season to be over with. Listing says kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of plates, cups, forks, spoons, knifes and cooking pots and pans. Listing doesn’t say cooking supplies are provided. Pictures also provide a very good idea of what furnitures are available 4 beds, dresser with mirrors in each bedroom, long wooden dining table, a wooden breakfast area table, big L shaped leather couch, a wooden futon, a big computer table and leather chair in the office room with a wooden shelf.

We fell in love with this neighborhood for the first time when we drove by because of its calm streets, matured trees and yet it is closer to shopping centers, major highways and attractions.
