Beautiful 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, dining and living room. The living area has vaulted ceiling, a cozy fireplace, and 2 large windows that allow natural lights to come in. The master bedroom is downstairs that offers an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms that shares a bathroom. Spacious backyard has a shed and 8 feet fence for maximum privacy. Great location in the heart of Frisco, with exemplary schools. This gorgeous home is located in the sought-after Preston Vineyard and has been completely updated recently. Frisco Resort Style Home is nestled on a quiet street just minutes from Preston Road.

This home comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, dining room and a family room with 65-inch ROKU TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with tempurpedic mattress, and a wall mounted 50" flat screen ROKU TV and end-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed with tempurpedic mattresses, and a wall mounted 40" flat screen ROKU TV. The fourth bedroom comes with 2 full-size beds with firm tempurpedic mattresses and a 40" flat screen ROKU TV. This home is perfect for families, group of friends and colleagues vacationing, working or relocating to Frisco Texas. Nearby location to visit Stonebriar Mall, the Dallas Cowboys Frisco Stadium, Legacy West Shopping Mall, UNT Frisco, Little Elm Beachfront, FC Dallas at Toyota, PGA Frisco and Universal Kids Resort, not to mention.

Security Ring cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only the exterior of the house. Ring camera doorbell at the front door, 1 in the front of the garage facing the driveway and 1 facing the backyard. The camera is strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the patio and hot tub. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.

We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. For large group exceeding 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 will be applied per extra person staying at the property.

The house is very clean! Probably the cleanest rental house I have seen with the nicest bathrooms. Everything was well appointed with extra blankets and plenty of towels. We don’t cook in the kitchen but there were plenty of utensils and kitchen items if we had. I would definitely stay there again! Easy check in too and great location in a beautiful neighborhood but still close to everything.

Fun for girls weekend

Location was great. What I loved most about this place is how clean it was. I stayed in the middle bedroom upstairs and thought the bed was really comfortable.

Cute spot at the center of it all.

Used the house to host some friends for my wife’s 40th. Overall the house was great. Nice rooms to accommodate everyone in a very nice layout. Very clean with lots of new appliances and a great hot tub. Only dings were some of beds felt cheap/uncomfortable and they had the smallest coffee machine. A great spot for the money and everyone has a great time. Would definitely book again.

We needed bowls large enough for chips, a salad, fruit salad. We also could have used a pyrex dish to marinate our grill meat. A regular plate won't work as there is nothing to hold the sauce/liquid. We had plates and cereal type of dishes but no larger serving pieces. We also could have used a pitcher and a shot glass to make cocktails. Everything else was great so thank you!

This house was recently remodeled. Great location, in a nice neighborhood. Stayed at the property with my wife, 2 young kids, 1 dog. Very clean house with a great fenced off back yard for our dog. Worked perfect for what we needed.

Everything was perfect

House was perfect for our group of seven adults and two dogs. Beds were extremely comfortable and house was stocked with everything you’d need. Location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, department stores yet in a quiet neighborhood where you felt safe both day and night. Owners would immediately respond with the couple of questions we had and even offered recommendations on restaurants. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely rent this house again when back in the Frisco area.

The home was very clean which we enjoyed. Perfect location and close to everything. The owner was so nice and keep in communication with us when I needed help. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a one. Our little white dog settled in perfectly as well. My son lives 5 mins from here and we will now stay there everytime we go. Girls shopping weekend

We had several ladies together for an annual shopping weekend. We loved the location and its proximity to all the good shopping. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We didn't know about the alley behind the house or the garage and it was pouring down rain when we arrived. We were told there was a clicker for the garage door but it wasn’t there. The how was very prompt in helping us with that situation. She delivered us a garage opener the next day. The shower handle falls off easily which we reported to the owner. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. I would stay here again.

Can’t recommend more! Lovely Home/Location in Frisco, 5-star host

My husband and I stayed here for roughy a month while our home in the area was getting work done from an insurance claim. With the stress of that on our shoulders walking into their home was a sigh of relief. From the get go, you could tell this was as someone who poured their heart and soul into this property wanting to take care of their guests from cleanliness (which myself being a very ocd person in this area I was blown away how wonderful everything was!) Most rentals are not well equipped, leaving you to worry about soaps, towels, let alone offer the essentials of home you would normally use such as an air fryer and blender for smoothies just for starters. They even included refreshments beautifully laid out in the fridge which was so welcome in the summer! Most importantly the place you rent is only as good as its host and my goodness I’ve never had one as responsive and accommodating such a wonderful person! Especially in our particular situation to where we needed to extend our stay and they were kind enough to work with us and block availability in the event our own home wouldn’t be ready in time while we waited for insurance approval. A little gesture like that went a long way in relieving our anxiety packing up, disturbing our dog’s stability let alone our own to go to another place until our place was ready! Even when we checked out their hospitality continued when our groceries were delivered by mistake and they put it in the fridge for us to retrieve 😀
