Formerly known as "Ski Hill Getaway", The Tyrolean has been a guest favorite in Leavenworth for many years. Now under new ownership, many areas of the home have been thoughtfully refreshed and remodeled, while keeping the cozy charm guests have always loved.

Inside, you will find cozy gathering nooks, a fully equipped kitchen, fiber-optic internet/Wi-Fi, a private office, and a climate-controlled game room. In addition, choose from a variety of family-friendly sleeping spaces, including a bunk room where kids will feel right at home. Outside is your own expansive and private backyard: a large grassy area, year-round hot tub, heated pool (May–Sept), covered patio dining, and a shady gazebo made for long, fun-filled Summer evenings. Soak in the gorgeous views all around.

When you’re ready to explore, you’re perfectly positioned: Ski Hill is a 5-minute walk for skiing and tubing in the winter, and hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Downtown Leavenworth is just 1.3 miles for festivals, food, shopping, and all the Bavarian magic.

There is ample parking available in the front roundabout driveway and at the rear garage entrance. The walk to town is about 25 minutes. Ubers are available in Leavenworth as well. Easy access year-round, with the driveway professionally plowed in the winter.

❖ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — a $500 fine will be charged for violations
❖ Open fires, including fireworks, are strictly prohibited due to high wildfire risk in the area — no exceptions.
❖ No loud music or excessive noise at any time, in respect of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Any complaints from neighbors will be addressed immediately and if not resolved, could result in your immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money/deposits.
❖ You will be responsible for any damage caused to our property by your party during your stay.
❖ Ample parking available in the front roundabout driveway and at the rear garage entrance. No garage parking available.
❖ Exterior security cameras and a video doorbell monitor the driveways and entry areas for safety. There are NO cameras in any indoor or outdoor leisure areas, including the patio, pool, or hot tub.
❖ The home has a security alarm system, which will be disarmed for your stay.
❖ Primary guest must be 25 or older to reserve — a photo ID is required as part of the online check-in process.
❖ Self-check-in with keyless entry — your door code will be provided 48 hours before check-in. A valid ID is required for online check-in.
