We were visiting the Gatlinburg area for the first time, and received a whopping 20" of snow during our stay! The cabin was nice and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. The cabin was nice and clean. We found the bed to be a bit hard for our liking, but managed fine. Communication with Elk Springs was very good and we would definitely stay here again

We were unable to get the arcade game to work or the outdoor fireplace and dart board kept turning itself off. But we did not call as we were only there a weekend so it was not really worth the trouble. But otherwise had a great time!

The cabin was clean beautiful and big enough for us to spread out. It was in a quiet area but with easy access and not high in the mountain on windy roads.
