Was a quiet spot with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Would book again when in Gatlinburg area.

Cabin was a great place to cool off durning the hot week we had in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed activities in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville.

Floors will make your socks black. Dirty under the rugs. Mud path going into lower level. Lower level stinks of dog pee. Floorboards are bowing due to dog urine. place is very dark also. Carpenter ants everywhere. Dog hair on everything especially beds and pillows

She uses a cane. The arcade did not work and rocking chair was broke and second level deck there was nails sticking up just little thing to fix. We will come back to elks springs again.

Great large cabin getaway!

It is 3 stories so be ready to climb some stairs, but perfect getaway. Hot tub was amazing and on 3rd story w great view!

Only complaint was the hot tub needed cleaning and the water didn’t seem to get as hot as it said.

We make sure to have our cleaners take pictures of before and after this. We do keep staff on hand 24/7 and had we known prior we could have sent someone out for the issues you experienced. The only negative is the internet went out in the middle of our stay, we called maintenance he couldn't fix so we had no internet or tv so that sucked. Also the bed cover and pillows had a odd old smell to them, I would suggest bringing your own cover and pillow.

Always a Treat to Stay with Elk Springs Resorts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Elk Springs Resort really care about your stay. You will receive multiple texts to make sure you are taken care of. This cabin is nice and will meet your needs during the stay. The property was clean and maintained. We could not get the video game to work as the directions indicated. Very centrally located to all the activities that we did.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great. Only problem was a man came by when my daughter was home with the babies by herself & he just opened the door & when he saw her he said, "this place is supposed to be vacant" then he left. Did not appreciate that happening but other than that & a few minor things everything else was very nice.

We have looked into this and found that the technician discovered an issue with the heat during a preventative maintenance walk-through prior to your arrival. He was able to correct the issue during this visit, however, returned to the cabin to make sure that the issue was truly resolved. This was an honest mistake on our part, as he did not realize that you had already checked in. We value your privacy and can assure you, this is not our policy to walk in on any of our guests. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this caused for you and your daughter. We hope you will consider staying with us again.
