Experience Park City living in this beautifully renovated end-unit townhome located in the Red Pine community at Canyons Village. This spacious three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers unobstructed mountain views, an open-concept living area, and three private bedroom suites. LIVING AREA
The inviting living area is designed for both relaxation and gathering, featuring a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV with Xfinity and DVD player. As an end unit, this townhome offers unobstructed mountain views of Canyons Village right from the living room. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. Board games, books, and DVDs are available for off-mountain entertainment, making this a perfect space for families and groups to unwind after a day of adventure.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open-concept kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect to the living space, creating an ideal layout for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel Bosch appliances, granite countertops, and thoughtful extras including a drip coffee maker, crock pot, and air fryer. The dining area offers comfortable seating for shared meals, while the adjacent half bathroom on the main level adds convenience for guests.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Located upstairs, the primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, private fireplace, cozy seating area, and breathtaking mountain views. This spacious suite offers privacy and comfort, perfect for relaxing after a full day in the mountains.

BATHROOM 1 (EN SUITE)
The primary en-suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and modern finishes, providing a spa-like experience within the comfort of the home.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom suite, located on the lower level, includes a king bed and smart TV with Xfinity. This room offers comfort and privacy, ideal for couples or additional adult guests.

BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom, also on the lower level, features two full beds and a smart TV, making it an excellent option for kids or additional guests. This suite provides ample space and comfort for longer stays.

BATHROOM 2
En suite to Bedroom 2, this bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and modern fixtures for convenience and comfort.

En suite to Bedroom 3, this bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination, ensuring every bedroom has private bathroom access.

AMENITIES
Guests enjoy access to the resort-style amenities of the Red Pine community. Summer amenities include two pools (one with a waterfall), two hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), dry sauna, wading pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, picnic areas, and horseshoes. Winter amenities include one outdoor heated pool, both hot tubs, and the dry sauna. Two amenity passes are provided for clubhouse access during operating hours.
Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, WiFi, ski and bike storage located in the closet adjacent to the carport, and two parking spaces directly next to the townhome (one covered carport and one uncovered). While the home does not have air conditioning, fans are provided for warmer months.
Perfectly located in Canyons Village, this recently renovated three-level townhome is just a short walk to the Cabriolet lift or an easy ride via the free Canyons Connect shuttle. Enjoy quick access to skiing, hiking, biking, golf, and the Millennium Trail—offering the ideal blend of mountain comfort and year-round adventure.

super comfy for three couple

Great place! The kitchen is awesome—it's got everything you need for cooking and baking. Getting to the ski lifts is super convenient, with the shuttle arriving in about 5 to 10 minutes. Everything is clean, the beds and surfaces are spotless, and it's super comfy for three couples. The only small downside was the 7-minute walk to the pool and hot tub—but honestly, that's no big deal!

We enjoyed the condo. It was just a 7-10 minute walk to the lifts. Rooms were spacious. Parking was excellent, right at the front door.

Family ski trip

Had a great time at this spacious and well located condo. Easy walk up to the canyons base to catch the Red Pine gondola. Watched New Years Eve fireworks from our balcony. Would highly recommend.

Great townhouse - Great location

We had a great time in Canyons Village. The location was convenient and the townhouse was great. Clean and in good shape. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. A couple of minor improvements that would be nice is adding a bath mat in front of the sink in master bathroom, fixing the exterior storm door to replace the missing panel and adding humidifiers for us folks from the east that struggle with the dry air. Those are little things but overall it's a great unit and very roomy and worked well for our family. Thanks for the games too, that's a nice touch :)

Great experience in Canyons!

The place was the perfect location for our large group. Walkable to the gondola or honestly we just walked uphill to the base area and it was fine. The place was well appointed and everything set up for a night cooking and eating in, but also close enough for a quick ride into downtown. The hosts were great and communicative. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Really close to the lift and manager response fast

I highly recommend this place for its proximity to the lift. The house is exceptionally clean and warm. The management is incredibly warm-hearted and responsive. They reply promptly to any texts, regardless of the time.

Shredding Gnar Pow

Great place to stay. Excellent kitchen for the chicks in our group who think they're better than delivery. Solid fire stove. The bathrooms got used more than we wanted because of the altitude and all the chili we ate if you know what I mean. Lot of weird squeakers. But 4 bathrooms was really helpful. Ryan kept refusing to turn the fan on so I walked into a bomb a few times. He thought it was funny and I guess it was but in the moment it was pretty disgusting. Anyway, under 10 minute walk to the parking lot gondola or the PC base. You can even ski around the pond to get back. But you'll probably spend 15 minutes talking about which way will save you 1 minute and miss out on two good pow runs be cause nobody can agree.

Excellent place for ski trip

This is the 2nd time we visited the mountains and this time we chose to stay at the Canyons side. We had a great time staying here around Christmas 2022 for 8 days. Rooms and beds setup is more than enough for our family of 4; it's more for a bigger family of 5, 6... Kitchen functions well. Heaters are warm. Internet works. Parking is convenient. Location to the lift is good although walking with ski boots on to either the gondola or cabriolet will be a bit challenging. We chose to have 1 family member dropping us off at the cabriolet, which turned out to be the optimal solutoin though it won't work if everyone needs to ski.

Awesome condo on the mountain- great views!

We loved this condo! Awesome kitchen-the most stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at. About a 5-10 minute walk to Cabriolet gondola to ride to the village or a short walk up to the village. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Room for All

The townhouse was so comfortable for our family of grandparents, parents, and kids. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. We knew the townhouse didn’t have air conditioning but thought there would be more fans. The main gathering area got very hot, despite closing drapes, opening/closing windows, and a ceiling fan. Only two bedrooms had fans. A couple more fans would have helped a lot. Great swimming area for the kids. Overall a lovely experience.

Great place, great location!

I’ve stayed at a number of properties in the Red Pine Condominiums, and this is among the best. The best feature is the updated kitchen, perfect for cooking pre-ski breakfasts and apres-ski dinners. On-site secure ski locker keeps your gear safe and out of the main house. Property is clean and well-maintained. As with all Red Pine locations I’ve stayed at, access to the clubhouse heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a great plus. Will stay here again.

The apartment was nice. The communication with the renter was great. The only thing is that the hot water only last for the first person who shower and there is no shampoo, soap, or anything like that.

best canyons house we've rented

we stayed here over sundance festival more renovated than other canyons village houses we've rented in prior years convenient to skiing about equidistant to actual base of mountain and people mover (unenclosed gondola from parking lot to base of mountain) we walked to the base well managed / easy check in despite arriving late at night clear communication would absolutely rent again
