📍Guest Verification Requirement
• Photo ID is required for all adult guests staying in the unit.
• The primary guest must complete a standard 7-year background verification through a secure third-party provider.
• International guests are exempt from the background verification, but must still provide a valid photo ID.
This verification is required by building management in order to grant access to the property, so all steps must be completed prior to check-in.
All guest information is handled securely through the third-party verification service and is not shared with the host or management team.
📍 Smart Entry: Secure access via the custom link (will be send after BGCs) and Schlage smart lock. Personalized entry instructions will be sent before check-in.
📍 Building Access: Use the app-generated link or fob from the lockbox near the unit door to access the building, amenities, and elevator .
🚗 Parking :
📍Free parking is available in uncovered spaces only. Covered or reserved spots are off-limits. Vehicle registration is required.
⚡ EV Charging:
Two EV charging stations are available in the community near Building 2 by the Scofield gate entrance. Availability may vary depending on other residents using the stations.
📍 Security: Exterior camera installed at the door frame for safety. No interior cameras inside the unit .
📍 Noise Monitoring: A non-recording sensor is located in the entryway to help maintain quiet hours between 10 PM – 7 AM.

📍 Climate Control: Thermostat located on the wall before the bedroom. Please adjust for comfort but turn off when leaving.

🚧 GATE ACCESS UPDATE
The MoPac (back) gate is currently set to exit only due to a communication issue with the Alta Open app. At this time, the app will not open the MoPac gate for entry.
For entry into the community, please use the Scofield gate until further notice.
