Quaint hideaway in the heart of Austin

We loved this very cute, clean casita that had all the amenities. The host was amazing and responsie. The fenced in turf yard was perfect for our pups. Great location and safe neighborhood.

Awesome

This is just the cutest property! You walk in and instantly feel ahhh I am at home here! My husband and I set outside on the front porch every night as it was just so peaceful. We were also 1/2 block from a beautiful park that we used to walk our dogs. We would stay here whenever we’re in Austin!

Austin weekend

Great location, close to restaurants and coffee shop. Easy drive to hiking trails and downtown. Very clean and comfortable! Virginia was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. Very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

A nice bit of respite

We had sold our house in Austin and needed a place to stay for a few days while moving out. Virginia was extremely accommodating and couldn’t be nicer. The casita is very well appointed and well located.

The Perfect Casita

Virginia made our stay seamless and very welcoming! The little casita is located in perfect walking distance to local little bakeries, ATX eats, and a coffee shop with some yummy breakfast tacos!! Our pups were also welcome to the casita!! They enjoyed the yard and the park down the street was a major bonus for them! The casita was the most tidy very well kept space we’ve stayed in ATX! We will definitely be back for another cozy stay!

Cozy Cottage

This was my first time to stay at this adorable guest house. Every detail was carefully thought out with the guest’s comfort in mind. The charming neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants nearby. Convenient to freeways. Communication with host is excellent. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Girls Weekend!

A friend and I stayed at the Casita and had an excellent time! The neighborhood was super cute and we enjoyed getting to know the Rosedale area. There is a coffee shop right around the corner from the Casita called Stinson's that we started our day at both of the mornings we were there; grabbed an afternoon treat at Upper Crust, which was right across from Stinson's and had yummy baked goods and coffees; and one night we had pizza and wine at Gusto's, also walkable from the house. For further away things we took Ubers (Moody Center, South Congress, downtown) and had no issues at all. The Casita was clean and cozy and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and hanging out. Would definitely stay with Virginia again!

Peaceful casita

Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay for our trip to ACL. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and quiet. Host is very responsive and sent out a welcome text on our day of arrival with helpful info. We also got to enjoy driveway parking because the main house was not in use (plenty of front street parking tho too). Another bonus was the three separate patios available to us (one off of the bedroom was private).

Great Place to Stay!

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable casita with close parking & great amenities. We liked that it was level (no stairs) throughout with a big walk-in shower - we are older people so that was convenient. Owner communication was excellent - we would definitely stay at this property again!

This little house is quiet and super cute! It’s perfect for a little weekend getaway. Check in was easy, it was very clean (i’m OCD, so it passed my test!), and the property owner is very kind with great recommendations! My dog also had a great time! The location of this house is perfect! Everything about this property is enjoyable! We will definitely be back:)
