Relax on the front porch or back patio with a charcoal BBQ. Updated dĂ©cor and abundant natural light make this the perfect place to unwind. The fenced yard is ideal for kids and pets.
Our charming home has been thoughtfully updated, painted, decorated, and professionally cleaned just for you. Located within walking distance of UCO and downtown Edmond and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. This truly is one of the best locations around. If youâre tired of boring white and gray spaces, this peaceful, fun home is the perfect choice.
Youâll love this historic 1930s house featuring hardwood floors, crown molding throughout, and an abundance of windows that fill the home with natural light. New windows help reduce outside noise and allow for better temperature control. The bathroom is cozy but functional, and mirrors are provided in each bedroom to make getting ready easy.
The kitchen is well supplied and ready for cooking your favorite meals, with a few coffee pods provided. A desk is available for work or school needs. Robes are provided for added comfort.
A washer and dryer are free to use so you donât have to pack as much, and a garage bay is available to protect your car during stormy seasons. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, and there is seating for six at both the dining table and in the living room.
Outdoors, enjoy a fenced backyard with plenty of grass (please ensure small dogs cannot escape through small openings), along with a table and chairs for coffee, birdwatching, or enjoying meals cooked on the charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided). We live in Edmond and love our little city. Our downtown is one of the best in the area. We fell in love with this house and turned it into a guest house so we can share this beautiful space.
