• Smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of such will incur a $1,000 fine.
• No food or drinks on couches or in bedrooms
• While we love pets, they are not allowed: $500 per pet, per day + double cleaning fees
• Shoes off indoors (shoe cabinet by the staircase)
• Furniture and electronics must remain in place
• Unplug unused appliances
• Flush toilet paper only: $600 fee if plumber is required to unclog the main line.
• Report any damages promptly
GUEST PRIVILEGES
• Only registered guests (including children) listed on the reservation are permitted: $200 per person, per day fee for extra guest and termination of stay without refund
• No mail or package deliveries (food and grocery delivery are welcome)
PARKING
• Please do not block the garage driveway.
• Observe all posted street parking regulations. We are not responsible for parking citations/violations.
DEPARTURE CARE
• Return all keys and garage remote to their original locations: Minimum $500 replacement fee per item, depending on urgency and impact on incoming guests.
• Late check-out: $100 per hour
HOME CARE & CLIMATE
• Winter months (November – March): Keep heat set above 60°F at all times to prevent frozen pipes
• Keep the AC/heater fan set to “Auto” at all times
• Leave washer and dryer doors open after use to prevent mold buildup.
