We sincerely apologize for the experience during your stay. This was a very new property for us under management, and while that is never an excuse, we do want to acknowledge that several items were still being finalized and improved during your reservation. Since your stay, we have addressed and corrected all of the issues mentioned. When you first notified us about the plumbing issue, we immediately scheduled someone to come out the very next day. Unfortunately, our plumber was unable to access the property because the key was not left in the lockbox, which required us to reschedule the visit. We understand how frustrating this situation was and truly apologize for the inconvenience. The washer and dryer installation was already scheduled for that same week, as the property had just recently become operational. By the end of your stay, the units were fully installed and working properly. We also want to sincerely apologize for the interaction with the plumber regarding the toilet. Asking you to assist in carrying it was completely unprofessional and not representative of the level of service we strive to provide. The owners were very disappointed to hear this and completely understand your frustration. Regarding the trash situation, there unfortunately was a large amount of trash accumulated during the stay, and the overflowing issue became even worse when the city missed the scheduled pickup that week. We did personally come to the property and remove all excess trash before the city arrived, but we understand that this still created unnecessary stress and negatively impacted your experience. We also want to clarify that we did not use AI-generated images in our listing, though we are sorry you felt the property did not meet your expectations in person. The dining table had previously been damaged by another guest and needed to be replaced quickly before your arrival. We acknowledge that the temporary replacement was not ideal, and we apologize for that as well. Since then, we have installed a much larger and significantly nicer table for future guests. Throughout your stay, both our management company and the owners remained in communication with you directly. Further, the owners’ personal contact information was provided to help coordinate plumbing access and assist with the clogged toilet issue, which appeared to have been caused by objects placed into the plumbing system by a prior guest. Again, we truly apologize for the combination of issues that occurred during your stay. We did provide you with a large refund for all the troubles. We appreciate your feedback, as it helped us improve the property significantly, and we are very sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard we aim to provide.
