This private house with its three holiday apartments for two, four and five people is in the centre of town, on the edge of the Soline forest park, where there are also tennis courts, the main beach and other entertainment.

The apartments are equipped with all the necessary amenities such as free wireless Internet access, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Each apartment has a balcony. In the courtyard there is also a beautifully planted grill area with seating. You can park your car in a garage or on a parking space near the house. There are further parking spaces on a neighbouring site very close to the house.

The owner couple, who also live in the house, have 30 years of experience in hospitality and ensure that you will feel comfortable as a guest. Special attention is paid to hygiene in the accommodation. Laundry can be washed if required (payable).

Self-service shops, an open market square, a bank, the police, a health centre and other important communal amenities are about 200 metres away. It is 150 metres to the beach. Biograd is an ideal starting point for trips to the five national parks Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, North-Velebit and Plitvice Lakes, as well as the two nature reserves Vrana Lake and Telascica. Sports fishing or lake fishing enthusiasts can find ideal conditions for their hobby here. It is just a short distance from Biograd to Vrana Lake, which also has a wide variety of birds and is ideal for bird watching. The sea around the town Biograd is ideal for divers, both professionals and beginners making their first attempts. Near the Soline beach bay, in the pine forest, there is a tennis centre with 15 tennis courts and grounds for playing football, basketball, handball, bowling and beach volleyball. The town beaches are over 1500 metres long, are in the beautiful pine forest and are connected to the centre by a promenade with a range of entertainment for children.

Biograd na Moru is a small Mediterranean town which is situated in the center of the Croatian Adriatic. It is a renowned tourist and nautical center. Biograd is an ideal starting point for a tour of five national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, North. Velebit and Plitvice Lakes), and two nature parks (Vrana lake and Telascica).
The historical cities of Zadar and Nin are located only 30 km from Biograd, and 50 km away from Biograd is the city of Sibenik. Also, Split is 130 km away.
Lovers of sport and recreational fishing, as well as freshwater or sea fishing, will find their perfect location here for the realization of their hobbies. Only a few kilometers from Biograd is Vrana Lake, which is ideal for fishing, and due to the great variety of birds it is also an ideal place for bird watching.

The 17m² studio is on the second floor and is suitable for two people. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and a cupboard with a TV. The dining space is by the opposite wall and behind it in a niche there is a little kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge, toaster and kettle. The door next to it leads into the bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet.
