Bed/Baths & kitchen very clean & beds comfort. Plenty of cooking utensils for cooking and room big enough to host a small party. Generous balcony w/ great view to pool, pond &garden where guests were able to have early morning breakfast. Pool was not too close for excessive noise as this is a very family friendly property. Our walk from our building to the pool and market and bbqs and community recreation rooms and front desk less than 5 minutes. We were on 4th floor so you can take stairs or use elevators and there were plenty of luggage carts to roll your stuff to and from your car very easily. Parking very close to buildings. Our host was very easy to work with and gave us through instructions to access our rental units as property is managed by Wyndham resorts so they are who you check in with after your name is provided by owner to Wyndham. Very seamless. All Wyndham workers we met were helpful and friendly.The Property is beautiful with many activities. We came for a family reunion which provided so many things to do. The property and accommodations included game room, gym, pickleball courts, basketball courts, community barbecues and two great pools and spa. Market in middle of the resort was helpful to buy things to save a trip outside the resort including Starbucks, a deli & pool items. Restaurant on property but we didn’t use. Shaved Ice kiosk by the pool. We went to grocery stores very close by. Empire Polo Club was very easy 25 minute drive for music festivals.
