La Villa Iguana est une villa caribéenne raffinée en bord de mer, conçue pour les familles et les groupes en quête d’intimité, d’espace et d’une vue imprenable sur l’océan. Située sur les rives protégées de la baie de Soliman, cette résidence comprenant cinq chambres et cinq salles de bains allie un aménagement soigné à un cadre côtier paisible.

Les cinq chambres sont toutes équipées de lits king-size et disposent de salles de bains privatives ornées de carreaux de Talavera peints à la main. Quatre chambres se trouvent dans la maison principale, dont une suite sur le toit dotée d’un plafond en palapa et offrant une vue panoramique sur la baie. La maison d’hôtes indépendante située dans le jardin comprend un lit king-size et un canapé-lit king-size, offrant ainsi davantage de flexibilité aux couples ou aux familles voyageant ensemble. Toutes les chambres et l’espace de vie sont climatisés.

Les espaces extérieurs comprennent une piscine en bord de mer, une terrasse ombragée pour les repas, une palapa privée sur la plage, un hamac et des kayaks à la disposition des hôtes. Un service de ménage et d’entretien du jardin régulier est inclus, et les services d’un chef privé sont disponibles sur demande.

Best Vacation Ever

The house is gorgeous, the beach is gorgeous, we were able to snorkel, swim, kayak and paddleboard right from the house. The caretakers cooked several meals for us and there are 2 great restaurants that we could walk to. We went to the ruins and sinotes one day and Xelha another day. We cannot wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the natural beauty, serene setting, and thoughtful design of the villa. The location right on the beach was simply spectacular... waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the terrace will stay with us forever.The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms (each with a private bath), breezy indoor/outdoor living areas, and a private pool that became our favorite place to relax. Every detail felt professionally curated to maximize comfort and ambiance.We also loved the outdoor spaces... from the hammocks on the beach to the sun loungers by the pool... perfect for lounging with family and friends. The included amenities like Wi-Fi, kayaks, and housekeeping made everything effortless and relaxing.The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. This villa is a true Caribbean gem... we can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return someday!
