Spacious Barn Apt w/ King Bed

Summary:

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic converted barn apartment! Complete with a king size bed, separate shower and bathtub, cozy couch in the upstairs loft, full kitchen including a full size fridge, stove, and drip coffee maker. This unit is spacious and comfortably sleeps two people in this converted barn apartment giving you the feel of barn living while having modern amenities. Dogs are welcome. $25 per dog per night.



The Space:

9.5 acre property complete with lots of animals. You are welcome to pet the animals and they are all friendly. Please do not enter the horse pasture or let the cats inside your unit. We have several tiny houses on the property that are rented out short term. You may see us on the property as we work and play on the farm. Feel free to say hello!



Guest Access:

The Orange Door unit is your home away from home. We have another unit inside the barn as well but it is completely separate from yours. You are welcome to explore the property and pet the animals. Please do not enter the horse pasture, barn or any other units on the property.



Other Things to Note:

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
