This property is located on a second level and only accessible by stairs.

The property is above a commercial space that can be used for commercial filming/events.
There is a park across the street from the property and it is also adjacent to Shamrock Blvd.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES
*Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the booking and additional fines.
NO PARTIES OR NUISANCES
We have a very strict no-party or nuisance policy in place. Immediate action will be taken if a nuisance or party is reported.
BOOKED GUESTS ONLY
All guests who occupy the property must be included in the reservation. This is a must for insurance coverage. Noncompliant guests will be charged a minimum of $500.
NO SMOKING
Charges for smoke remediation & additional cleaning range from $300-$1500. Noncompliant guests will be charged a minimum of $300.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Our team understands that accidents happen. If damage occurs during your stay please let us know immediately with a photo and description of the incident. Our team conducts a property inspection after every booking to ensure we document any new damages for Airbnb insurance.
MOVING FURNITURE & OTHER ITEMS
Please refrain from moving furniture, decor, and other items from the location you found them. We will have a guide for our guests on where to find things around the home and labels so it is easy to return items to where you found them.
NO GUEST MAIL
Guests are not allowed to use the house address to receive mail or packages without prior approval from the host.
OFF LIMIT AREAS: guests are not allowed to use the patio of the neighboring unit. To ensure the privacy for each unit please do not go beyond the bbq.
