Great value for money. Love the renovations and updated decor. Bed linens had hair on them. Suggest having WiFi details available upon arrival like on a note by remote for tv. Would stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay here during a very special time for us, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything around our wedding. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed.The host was truly incredible, so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for us, which we really appreciated during such a busy time.We’re so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriend and I stayed at Robert's property for Summerfest. The location was fairly convenient - 20 min walk from Brady street, 15 min lyft to downtown. There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Comfortably fits 2-4 (max two pairs).Overall: There is a long flight of stairs up from the main door to the unit. The house is extremely creaky. The common space is large & gets fantastic natural light. The living room is a great hangout space for 2-3 people (2 arm chairs & a couch). There's an adorable little nook with a desk and bookcase and globe - it was my favorite room. There's also a balcony I would have loved to take more advantage of. Wifi worked fine.Bedrooms: Both have large closets and large mirrors. We slept in the master, the bed was very comfortable! The TV did not work during our stay, but Robert made every effort to fix it, stopping by twice during our stay to troubleshoot. On the weekend, we experienced a lot of neighborhood noise - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper! Bathroom: The shower is a waterfall style. It's also the type with a single glass pane & doesn't close off. Unless you're comfortable with one another, only one person can use the shower/toilet/sink at a time. Robert provided tons of towels, quality shampoo & conditioner, a hair dryer with diffuser, and a few curling irons! Kitchen: We didn't use it, but it was spacious and had a great layout & light. A dozen water bottles were provided.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. We were in town for a concert at the Amphitheater and Summerfest. It was clean and had two bedrooms and a bathroom (not a huge bathroom so not a lot of sink room so plan accordingly), living room, and dining area. The kitchen had the basics we only made popcorn on the stove so not sure about if you wanted to make a meal. The picture on the VRBO site shows red doors on the outside of the building but they are black as of this post. Be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs as it is an upstairs apartment. It is in a nicer neighborhood we never felt unsafe or fearful of leaving our car parked on the street. We were able to walk to a HOP station in about 10-15 minutes so that was really nice...there are also Lime scooters located around the neighborhood that we could have ridden to get to the station even quicker. The host had good communication and was even quicker when they shared their cell phone number which made communicating even easier. We didn't have an issues that required that required further communication with the host. Brady street was about a 10 minute walk and there were shops and restaurants/bars that looked pretty neat. Overall this was a great VRBO would book again if in the area.

Stacy, Thank you so much for your stay and review. I wanted to share 2 notes: 1. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recently had a couple stay for a month and they cooked daily. If there is anything you think it needs, please comment. 2. We are just beginning work on the outside of the building. Before the end of summer the color of the house and trim will be renewed and different. Best regards and hope to see you again.
