Everything was wonderful from the moment we got there. Host is very nice and will help with anything in a timely manner. Would recommend for a family or just a trio getaway.

James was easy to work with and responded quickly when the door code was not working when I arrived. He also communicated to me when he was having a plumber coming to do some scheduled work during my visit.

It was a great stay, the listing was accurate and helpful. The host was responsive to communication and allowed us to check-in early. Parking in the garage (required based on city code) was tough with a big vehicle and required the help of a second person to spot the car as we backed in.

Everything was as described! I loved the huge bathtub- I enjoyed a few baths while I stayed. Very easy to check in, and great location. I'd definitely rent again!

Was a nice place to stay. Quite neighborhood and enjoyed having a place to park inside the garage. Only reason it was a 4 star was they were still cleaning when we got there at our check in time of 3pm.

Great Location!

This home is located in a very nice neighborhood! Really enjoyed our stay (buddy and I in town for Cubs game). Driving in neighborhood was like being in a small town, very easy access to everything. Home is just as the photos show, very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Great house

The rental is the main floor of the cutest house! Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for my family of 4 with 2 older teens. Commute from the house to all major local attractions was quick and easy. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Little neighborhood garden across the street was well maintained Great spot to rent for your time in town.

Clean, Safe, Cozy

The property itself is very nice and tidy. It had all of the basic day to day needs to get by in case we didn't bring them, ranging from the kitchen to the bathroom and other simple household quality of life items. The neighborhood is safe and the location is close to stores one would need on vacation. The owner James is straight to the point and respectful. Communication was open and easy. I definitely recommend this space for vacationing!

Super clean and quiet.

The property was very clean and very quiet. The front step needed repair. The host was extremely accessible and gracious. When I told him the mattress was too hard for me, he brought over a brand new mattress topper, which was greatly appreciated.

Cute little apartment

My fiance and I were in town to visit family and we were very happy with the place we chose to stay. This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Both beds were comfortable and we were especially grateful for the AC during the hot humid summer days. Also, communication with the owner was super speedy. The only thing I would like to point out is the garage, which we admittedly had some difficulty fitting out car into. If your vehicle is any wider or longer than a 2023 Chevy Malibu, you may not be able to fit in the garage. However no worries, there are options to park in the street once notifying the owner. :)

Milwaukee getaway for a concert.

Great lower part of an updated and clean house with all the amenities for our stay in Milwaukee. We were close to the things we wanted to do. Off street parking was available in the alley but we chose to apply for a parking pass for overnight the second night. A/C worked great for the hot August weekend. The Roku remote did not work with the TV so we had to do without it. . Farmer's market is close my for Saturday exploring and lunch. It was a great weekend for us.
