PETS:
Our cabin is pet-friendly, and we love hosting furry guests — however, please follow these guidelines:
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (bring a blanket for them if needed)
- Clean up after your pet
- Pets must remain on leash outdoors
- Do not leave pets unattended
- Some trails and venues are not pet-friendly — please check ahead
- Excessive pet hair, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.


PARKING:
Private driveway parking is available for 3-4 vehicles. No street parking.


ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Family-friendly cabin, but please supervise children — outdoor areas are natural terrain
- During winter or rainy seasons, road conditions may vary — check weather before traveling


BOOKING RULES:
- Must be 25 or older to book
- The person booking must be present for the duration of the stay


HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gatherings ($500 fine)
- No smoking
- No fireworks or open flames outside burn-safe areas
- Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM — respect neighbors and the peaceful environment
- Relax & enjoy your stay in the pines


HOT TUB RULES:
- Shower before entering
- Enter and exit slowly
- No diving or jumping
- No glass near the tub
- Avoid alcohol or medications while using
- Children must be supervised
- Do not exceed 104°F
- Limit soaking to 15 minutes
- Replace the cover after use
- Do not sit or lie on the cover
- No soaps, oils, or lotions in the tub
