It was a brief stay and everything was smooth! The property is so clean and super quiet! We enjoy this condo and have stayed here a few times now!

We were very happy with the layout of the room. Very clean and inviting. everything working properly. Located at end of hallway so it was super quiet during the day and night. Check in and out was quick and easy! We will look to stay here again . Totally recommend this great little place!

Bed - excellent. Could use larger coffee cups, wine glasses and drinking glasses.The coffee pot lid does not fit. Could use a helpfull instructions manual for the TV. Overall, clean and comfortable.

The check-in process was terrible. We were not aware there would be no one available. It took over an hour to actually reach someone on the phone who could help us and give us instructions for access. It was very frustrating! Once we were inside we really liked the place and underground parking was very convenient. We could not get the TV’s to work. Someone came on day two and they couldn’t get the living area one to work, but were able to get the bedroom one to work on a few channels. We missed the playoff games for NHL and NBA. That was a big disappointment. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. I had tried several times to reach someone as we drove down, but it seemed impossible to get a phone number. There should be more care taken to advise how the process worked and more availability for someone to answer questions. The AI assistant was minimally helpful for access and the TV problem. We have used VRBO before without access problems.

Here’s your updated review with everything included: --- So far, my experience has been frustrating. I was initially able to book and pay for an early check-in, only to later be told it was “too early” and that I would be reimbursed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my refund. To make things more inconvenient, I had to rebook early check-in the day before arrival through a completely different link. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily complicated. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the view was just of the parking lot, which was a bit underwhelming. I also found it odd that while coffee was provided, there was no sugar or creamer, and no tea options. I actually went out and purchased tea and left it behind for the next guest. Overall, the lack of clear communication, missing basic amenities, and delay in reimbursement has been disappointing.
