This lower-level home contains the following:

- 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, couch, dresser, and plenty of closet storage.

- 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, conditioner.

- A multi-use space that includes dining seating for 2, a kitchenette, washer and dryer, coffee bar, and indoor cozy dog house! There is stove top with 2 burners, pots and pans, dishware and utensils, dish washing supplies, toaster oven, and microwave.

-A small cove that we have converted into a living space. The loveseat is comfortable, and the TV does have a Roku, that you can access any modern streaming application.

-A separate dedicated office/reading space. This includes a desk, comfortable 2 seater couch, shelfspace, and plenty of light!

-A back patio with a table and chairs. The daytime red rock or nighttime stargazing views are amazing.

Guest will enter this property using a private entrance and there is no shared space. This a lower level home with a separate unit above. You have access to covered or uncovered private parking, and pet friendly hiking trails straight from the home.
