Enjoy our rare-to-find seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!

The Space:
Willow Retreat features a private hot tub, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration. Guests can unwind in the spacious living area adorned with chic decor, and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining space. Enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs throughout the home. Each bedroom offers its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for everyone, with an additional half-bath available for convenience. Additional amenities include a warm fireplace, efficient air conditioning, and a 2-car garage and a private patio that is fenced which includes a BBQ and seating ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will cherish life's best moments against the stunning red rock backdrops staying here.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to Willow Retreat, including the private hot tub and patio area. Enjoy the community amenities such as the swimming pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground.

Our shared outdoor pool is seasonally solar heated/cooled. Opening and closing dates can vary based on sunlight and outside air temperatures. As a rule of thumb we anticipate the pool to close October and open April/May/June depending on weather patterns.

Nice place

The house was very clean! Hot tub was great. Only complaints were very small. No paper towels and we couldn’t find the outside garbage can. We realized it hadn’t been brought in after garbage day. But our host was very responsive and checked on us to make sure things were ok. Drive to town was under 10 minutes. We enjoyed Houston’s for lunch. We would stay here again for sure.

Quit reading reviews and just rent this property. Easily the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in a VRBO. Property manager was fantastic. A hail storm came in and pummeled the place, and we were super safe and comfortable. The area is calm and slightly remote, however, all the tourism stuff is just a few minutes drive away. I can’t believe the value offered. Pickleball, hot tub, pool are in amazing shape. Absolutely fantastic.

Location was excellent for all of the things to see and do. Kanab has a sweet small town for provisions and eats. Our host was superb in every regard. Shoutout to Lee, the property manager! The unit held up to its advertised expectations and more. Garage parking, keyless entry, plenty of towels for the hot tub and pool was a plus! The bathrooms provided all shower supplies too! The kitchen had a fantastic selection of spices, coffee supplies, ice. Super clean and great beds as well. Lots of driving to reach destinations but, we loved the ability to come back and enjoy our outdoor living space, the hot tub, pool, and gas grill all were used daily!

This was the perfect place! It was very clean, had everything we needed to cook meals including grilling utensils, griddle, crockpot and casserole dishes. It was stocked with 3 dishwashing tabs and 3 trash bags and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of TP as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had 3 meals in town that were all great! We especially loved using the hot tub & pool after spending our mornings hiking. In the evenings we had fun playing pickleball and relaxing by the fire pit. Everything was so peaceful and felt like we had the shared features to ourselves (there were a few others there but we rarely saw anyone).

We enjoyed the large great room and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we need to cook & dine together as a group. We enjoyed hiking in the Nat.Parks & around Kanab in the morning, hanging around the pool during the heat of the day, and playing pickle ball in the evening.

This is the first trip our entire family has been out west to enjoy the Grand Canyon and other National Parks. The home was exactly what we were looking for! Incredibly clean and well maintained. And the pickleball court and pool were a fantastic bonus. Kanab is a gem! Thanks for making our time away so enjoyable!

Peaceful and Lovely

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. It was a peaceful retreat after exploring the National Parks. Lovely accommodations and attentive staff on hand to answer questions. We would definitely recommend.

Great stay

House was exactly as described. Almost new-and the views were great. Patio and hot tube were nice extras. Enjoyed the quiet area and the open floor lan of the house. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

The house has all the amenities you need. The property was clean and it was fun playing pickleball. The pool was not yet open so we didn’t get a chance to try it out. It was just a short drive into town where there were plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. There are also plenty of tour companies if you need them. The location is good for a home base to venture out hiking and exploring. Jeff was very helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Stay

What an amazing community about 7 min east of town. Our stay was 5 days. We have traveled using many VRBO'S throughout the West and this was among our favorites. Everything is just perfectly thought of, but not over cluttered. Our family loved using the pickleball courts and getting in the Hot tub each evening after hiking. We were out of season for community swimming pool use, but it looked nice. Jeff our host was amazing and was easy to communicate with if we had any questions We had very few. Everything is thought of or explained in simple notes. This is the perfect home to accommodate your family (Activities we accomplished were Red Canyon slot, Wire Pass slot, Maze Petroglyphs, Belly of Dragon, Coral Pink Sand dunes, and Little Hollywood Museum) What an amazing place Kanab is!

Just book it! No need to look elsewhere

If I had to use only one word. It would be AMAZING! Perfect location for us. Kanab is a beautiful town with beautiful people the property was EVERYTHING we needed it to be. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Great location to National Parks and local gems that were perfect for our long weekend get away! Can't wait to return. The local coffee shops and grocery stores were also fantastic! Everything about this home and location exceeded pur expectations!!!
