No car needed! 10min to stadium/trains. Huge property, 2br well equipped home

Welcome to Foxboro World Cup visitors! I will share my sweet home with the right people.
Incredibly convenient Foxboro location: from the property you can walk to the stadium , train and shops, convenient stores, but rocking on the front porch you can see the fireworks and the back deck is magical.
On a quiet side street nature surrounds the house. The 6+acre property has deeded water access to Neponset Reservoir and a pond in the large backyard to get a hook wet in! Fishing poles included. Great back deck for watching wildlife and birds, yet in 10 minutes you've walked to the parking lot of the stadium.
Parking included, but a car is not necessarily needed as the MBTA train station provides accessibility to Boston, Providence etc.
Relax while you're in town
See wildlife from your bed, rock on the front porch, watch birds, geese and swans from the deck, cook in the large well equipped kitchen, relax on the couch in front of the large, smart TV, or play a game on the puzzle table
2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bath with a great shower.
My daughter lives in the lower level separate apartment and will be on site for anything you need during your time in Foxboro.

Located on quiet side road you will experience nature, peace and quiet but the action is steps away as it's situated conveniently off 3 major highways. Rt 1 , Hwy 95 ( 35 minutes to Providence and Boston, and Rt 495 ( 1 hour to Cape Cod or Worcester )
