Lovely, bright 1st fl, 1bd, fully furnished and accessorized small apartment

This is a very clean, bright well furnished one bedroom apartment on first floor within a larger Victorian home. Queen bed, fully accessorized. Apartment is totally private and separate. It is ideal for one person, doable for two. Two person maximum occupancy.Parking on site for ONE vehicle only.
Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to Norwood center with all shops and restaurants. Same distance to the commuter rail which takes you to South Station in Boston in 25 minutes. Also very close to all major highways.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outside area.
No Laundry (laundromat in town)
No gatherings or parties
No smoking of any substance
No Pets
There is a quiet time policy after 10pm. The apartment is within the home. So just doesn’t have the superior soundproofing of regular apartment building.

Nice, clean, well situated apartment in quiet neighborhood. Host very nice and accommodating. 30 minute drive from airport and Boston University. Will definitely refer and stay again if in area.

Kim's apartment has an eclectic charm about it. Attractively furnished and clean. Everything I needed was furnished. Well equipped! If I have an opportunity to return to Norwood, I will hope that this rental is available!

Norwood Vrbo stay

Exactly as described. Easy to find and dedicated parking space. Rented a car at Norwood airport, but there are plenty of restaurants within. walking distance. I’m from the area and was visiting family. This worked out perfectly for me.
