The beautiful beach can be found at walking distance. Surrounded by apple trees of the former orchard, you will enjoy different bird species and stunning nature here or just relax near the fireplace.

You can rent bikes with the park owner or in the centre of Burgh-Haamstede. Moreover, you can visit the old castle or go for a glider trip to explore the surroundings including the old lighthouse you might still recognize from the old 250 guilder note. Also, the well-known family park Deltapark Neeltje Jans is worth a visit. Here, you can discover the history of the Deltaworks and learn more about different sea animals like sea lions and sharks. The beautiful, vast and broad beaches and the multi-faceted forest- and dune area offer you great possibilities for hiking, cycling, mountain biking or horse riding. The climbing park in the forest near the forestry is the ultimate hotspot for almost anyone.

The lovely and cosy living room is suited for 5 people. The house is equipped with modern comfort like Wifi and cable television. The open kitchen is also fully-equipped with dishwasher and oven. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy great dinners with family and friends. The sliding doors in the living room offer direct access to the terrace and the spacious garden. The terrace features all necessary garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace. You can enjoy the sun here all day long as the terrace faces southwest. The first floor features two bedrooms of which one with a double bed and the other with a bunkbed.

The park Buitenplaats Schouwen is car-free. You can park your car on your own parking spot. Additionally, you can use the communal facilities like the tennis court, swimming pools, soccer and volleyball field, petanque course and playing grounds. All are safely located at the park itself.
