This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and seclusion ideal for families, couples, or groups looking to relax and reconnect.
The open-concept main level features a large, fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area and spacious living room, creating a welcoming space for cooking together, gathering for meals, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure. Natural light and thoughtful layout make this area the heart of the home.
Downstairs, youâll find a second living room in the basement, offering additional room to spread out perfect for movie nights, games, or giving everyone their own space to relax.
With two full bathrooms, mornings are easy and stress-free, even for larger groups. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, providing a peaceful place to rest after a full day.
Surrounded by lush privacy and set on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers a true sense of escape while still being close to local attractions. Whether youâre enjoying a quiet morning coffee, hosting a family dinner, or relaxing in one of the multiple living spaces, this home is the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay.
**Pet Policy-ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED
Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals)
We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing.
Please note:
âą You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times.
âą We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law).
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not covered by the ADA for public access. While ESAs are protected under the Fair Housing Act, they are not automatically allowed in short-term vacation rentals unless permitted by the host.
Guest will have access to the entire home and the community amenities. The use of the pools, beaches and outdoor courts and playgrounds is free. Use of any of the other amenities has a nominal fee dependent on the amenity being used.
Maximum occupancy is set by township law and community regulation in line with state fire code regulations. It includes infants and children and cannot be adjusted.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
