Guests will enjoy a private stay with support from local hosts. We are available and responsive throughout your stay and provide full-time, round-the-clock support. While response times may be slightly delayed after 10:00 p.m., an emergency contact line is always available for urgent matters.

The stay began by being asked to park in the new garage to avoid being seen by neighbors, which wasn't possible because of a cargo carrier on top of the vehicle. Then upon arrival in the evening, we noticed a missing upstairs window in the attic. The porch surround seemed under construction with missing trellis laying and exposed 2 x 4s. The new master bedroom had no HVAC run to it for heat, and the space heater wasn't enough to keep the room adequately warm. Due to having to stay while the maintenance people repaired the window in the attic, our group missed out on a key event of our stay. The host stopped by briefly that day and left again without asking us if our schedule would accommodate her maintenance people being in the house. Then, we discovered there was only one roll of toilet paper on site for 5 occupants! Had to grab some at the store asap! The host was extremely lacking in the area of customer service!! She was very put out over the issues brought to her attention during our stay, such as the missing window, the lack of toilet paper on site and missing an event the day the repairs were being made. Shared with her we were disappointed in the overall stay. She was argumentative, angry and put out. Guests beware on this one.

To clarify for future guests, we do require use of the garage for parking in order to comply with local guidelines and to respect our neighbors by avoiding congestion on the street and driveway. Street parking in this area may result in citations and is actively monitored by neighbors, so garage use helps prevent issues for guests during their stay. During your stay, a storm-related issue resulted in damage to an attic window, and we responded by arranging prompt repair for safety reasons. At the time, the option of relocation was available; however, the decision was made to proceed with immediate repair. We understand the timing was not ideal and apologize for the disruption. Regarding supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials for all guests upon arrival. For longer stays or larger groups, additional items may be needed. When notified, we offered multiple solutions, including arranging delivery or reimbursing the cost of additional items, to ensure convenience during the stay. We strive to be responsive and solution-oriented for all guests and are continuously improving communication and preparation to ensure a smoother experience moving forward.
