Perched in the Purcell Mountains with sweeping Rocky Mountain views, this renovated open-concept loft suite offers a peaceful, all-season mountain retreat within a quiet residential slopeside complex beside Kimberley Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy ski-in access with a short 3 minute walk to the downhill runs, along with Nordic, hiking, and biking trails right outside the door.

Designed for comfort and simplicity, the loft features an open living and sleeping layout with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flexible setup ideal for couples, small families, or friends comfortable sharing a loft-style space. After a day outdoors, relax in the shared indoor hot tub or sauna, unwind by the fire, or watch the game on the 78″ Smart TV with cable and sports package. Sunrise and mountain views from the private deck complete the experience.

This loft suite is part of the Summit View Collection, a small group of alpine townhouses near Kimberley Alpine Resort, designed for seasonal mountain living and quiet evenings.

Location & Access
Located within a quiet residential slopeside community near Kimberley Alpine Resort (not in the resort hotel village), guests enjoy ski-in access and a short walk to downhill runs, with Nordic, hiking, and biking out the front door. The Platzl pedestrian district is a short drive or shuttle ride away.

Parking & Seasonal Property Care
• Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Inn West parking lot in front of the complex.
• Snow clearing: A professional crew attends after snowfalls and aims to clear walkways and parking access within 24 hours. Guests may be asked to move vehicles temporarily to allow for safe and effective snow removal.
• Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Property Care: The clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and common areas are professionally maintained as part of regular property care. From time to time, the pool and hot tub may be temporarily unavailable to allow for routine servicing, water treatment, or safety-related maintenance (such as chemical balancing or “shocking”). These closures are typically short and help ensure the facilities remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.

House Rules & Fit (Important)
Summit View homes are designed for relaxed, four-season mountain living — from ski days and summer trails to festivals, golf, and quiet evenings at home. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a longer visit, these homes are best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful setting and shared community amenities.

A few simple guidelines help keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
• Quiet Hours / No Parties: Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbours. Homes are for quiet enjoyment only. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.
• Smoke-Free Home: No smoking or vaping indoors or on Strata property.
• Registered Guests Only: The reservation must accurately reflect the total number of overnight guests. All adult overnight guests must be registered on the reservation. Visitors are welcome provided they respect our house rules, Strata bylaws, and quiet hours. Overnight stays are limited to registered guests only.
• Pets: One dog is welcome with prior approval and must be included on the reservation. Cats are not permitted. Please use the provided pet blanket on furniture and pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor bins.
• Bike Storage: With world-class trails just across the street, bike racks are available under the stairwells. To help protect the home, bicycles are not permitted indoors.
• Shared Amenities: Use of the pool, hot tub, sauna, and other shared amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted Strata rules. Pets are not permitted in the pool, hot tub, or sauna areas.
• Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: Reservations with pets, or based on the booking profile or other factors identified during the booking process, may require a completed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit authorization of up to $300. The reservation, rental agreement, and security deposit authorization must all be in the name of the registered booking guest. Both must be completed before check-in instructions are provided.
• Cleaning: Your reservation includes standard departure cleaning. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover standards may result in additional charges.
• Supplies: Starter supplies of towels, linens, toiletries, and paper products are provided based on the number of guests and length of stay. Additional supplies are available upon request. Extra replenishment or special service visits may be subject to a small fee.

This was the perfect home base for our Kimberly adventure. No detail was spared in this home, it is clean, comfortable and inviting. It seemed everything in the place was brand new from the stocked kitchen to the bbq to all the wonderful coffee and soap products. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were extremely quick on replying with any concerns or questions and genuinely seemed happy to help. There were deer right outside the balcony every day! We hope to return here one day soon!

I’m not sure how to say this, but the exterior of Inn West does not exactly “jibe” with the interior of your place, so we had a hard time finding it … (ie- initially Figuring out it was in the condo complex, because it looks a bit worn down… & yes - you did STATE that it’s in the complex… so dumb us)… Maybe no one else has experienced this, but we drove around a good bit looking… Once in - great & no issue!

As close to perfect as you will find

Beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, with every need anticipated. Gorgeous mountain & valley views from the comfy sofa on the balcony. Massive TV with whatever streaming service you want to watch from the large, clean comfy sofa and plush Poang chairs. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Bedroom in loft is so comfortable and spacious. Surroundings are great, with walking/hiking/mountain bike trails close by, as well as ski hills of course. If you have read this far and are still hesitating for some reason - just stop, book it and relax!
