This 4-bedroom private vacation home is designed to accommodate a diverse range of guests, with the capacity to host up to 10 individuals while offering stunning mountain views, an open floor plan on the main level, and a private outdoor hot tub spread across three interior levels. The property is ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood in Fraser and is positioned along the free shuttle bus route.
The primary floor features a generous layout that integrates the living, kitchen, and dining spaces, creating an excellent atmosphere for social gatherings and dining experiences. The living room is bright and spacious, highlighted by large windows that present views of the mountains and forest. Guests can easily access the private deck to enjoy a soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking mountain sunsets. The living area is adorned with wooden beams on the ceiling, tiled flooring designed to resemble wood, and comfortable furnishings, making it an ideal spot for relaxation while watching favorite movies or television shows. It is noteworthy that the home does not come with a fireplace or air conditioning.
At the end of the open floor plan, the dining area features a large table that can seat up to 10 guests and is conveniently situated next to the main kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and countertops, providing ample space for meal preparation and storage.
The main level includes one bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, and all guests have access to a full bathroom.
