The property was very nice and worth what I paid. The only thing I could say was bad is there was not enough hot water it seems like it ran out really quickly. Other than that, the house was beautiful and in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were really nice as well. I will be a repeat customer for sure

We absolutely loved our 8 night stay! The location was fantastic about a 2 minute walk to the beach, with an ocean view from the balcony. It’s not beachfront, but you get the convenience of being extremely close without paying the beachfront price. The area was quiet, friendly, and relaxing.The open floor plan was great, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We traveled with our toddler, in-laws, and two dogs, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were even able to fit our daughter’s crib and two dog crates in the first upstairs bedroom. The kitchen was one of our favorite features it had everything we needed to cook meals and truly feel at home.A few minor things could be improved. We found some pizza and popcorn underneath the couch, and there was some dust buildup around the bathroom doors. Nothing major, and certainly nothing that would stop us from returning, but worth mentioning. A grill brush would also be a nice addition since we wanted to grill burgers and hotdogs during our stay, but the grill was too dirty to use.If this is an HOA managed property, I would recommend addressing the pool cleanliness. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning during our stay. We understand this may be outside the rental company’s direct control, but it would improve the experience.The management company was excellent. Communication was quick, professional, and very accommodating. Overall, a great stay!
