This oceanfront, pet friendly condo is located on the first floor with the walkway to the beach just steps from the door. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the large oceanfront patio. This unit features an open and inviting floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen and a large bathroom. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this condo is perfect for your next OBX getaway!

Brand new pool area just opened Fall 2023. Up to 2 pets (dogs only) are welcome as an addition to any reservation ($50 pet fee applies).

This is a perfect place to stay for couples and pets. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, so close to the walkway to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed here multiple times and plan to again.

Fantastic location for super easy beach access and centrally located for all other OBX activities. Loved the spacious and nicely decorated layout. Access and parking were easy. This was our second visit and plan on returning each year. We enjoyed the amount of space, the new appliances and the cleanliness. We cooked a lot and everything was available. The view was fantastic along with the easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was a really good size and had a great shower. Ocean oasis is a fabulous property and Aly is a helpful and attentive host. The condo was very clean and everything was well labeled. The First Flight condo was perfect for a quiet spring break week! It is well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The property owner is very responsive and has great recommendations for food and activities in the area (the Wright Brothers Memorial is really worth seeing and almost walking distance from the unit).The ocean views and sounds are instantly calming, and the beach itself is great for a long walk - not rocky or overly busy. And the whole area just feels quiet. Shops and necessities are only a short drive, but the area right around the condo is not full of drive throughs and strip malls. It was our first trip to the Outer Banks and it did not disappoint!
