- The unit is located on the second level and requires the use of stairs to access the unit.
- There is free parking available at the complex.
- You will have access to the entire unit except for a cleaning closet.
- Our unit is conveniently right off the highway but once you`ve checked in, you won`t hear anything.

The condo is located in downtown Canmore, near Cornerstone Theatre and close drive of Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise. You`ll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

In order to better enjoy the area of Canmore we really recommend renting a vehicle. However, the public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.
- There is a laundry room in the building that operates with coins.
- The 5th guest will use a cot and not a floor mattress. There is no cot on the bed options.
- The half of the parking lot is open/uncovered and the other half is covered.
- The covered parking area has a maximum height capacity of 5âČ9â.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guestâs entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 5 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guestâs entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
