This 1 King bedroom Villa or Grand Villa comes with full size fully equipped kitchen with bar. Washer and dryer full living room with sofa bed and balcony or patio. Also the bathroom comes with either a jetted tub or soak tub with stand in shower and double sinks. Also a Welcome Center with a discount ticket attraction counter on site. Located near Disney world, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. For your convenience there's a Walmart across the street from the resort. Fun for the whole family year round. PLEASE NOTE the pic on the app is an updated unit it is not guaranteed especially during high season. Those units are first come first serve placements check in at 4pm or 3:30pm for best results. The app does not allow me to adjust the combination of stays are within 3 nights, 4 nights, 7 nights stays. These stays can be connected as well, but I am just not able to book 5 night stays unless u pay for 7. But in any case of event that I am able to accommodate a 3, 4 or 5 night stay there is a 100 fee to split the week. Also note the condo that is pictured is the upgraded condo that they have but is not guaranteed to always be available during high/event seasons. When booking for holidays and peak season book 6 months ahead for availability and correct pricing. Also holidays and peak seasons the resort does charge a fee and requires a 7-day full week booking from Friday Saturday or Sunday for these dates, but if book within 30 days of travel the resort does wave the fee. HOLIDAY/EVENT season will have an up charge and a fee to book and at other resorts. But it will still be cheaper then booking directly with any of the resorts.
