We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect — very close to the springs, plenty of food and entertainment options, and only about five minutes outside of downtown Ocala, which made getting around incredibly easy.The owner was very friendly, responsive, and pleasant to work with, which we truly appreciated. The room itself seemed fairly clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.There are a few minor updates that would make a big difference. A fresh coat of paint would dramatically improve the overall feel of the space. The shower could use a small repair to prevent water from leaking onto the floor, and the TV needed to be reprogrammed each time it was turned off, which was a bit inconvenient.Overall, we had a good experience, and with a few small improvements, this property could be even better and attract even more guests.

Terrible experience. DO NOT book!I was called out of town last minute on business and couldn’t make my reservation. I was advised by customer service to cancel my reservation in order to speak to the host and discuss my options. After cancelling, the host told me there was nothing to be done, which was fair. Since I would not have cancelled if I was not advised to, I wanted the reservation reinstated. They simply ignored this request and did not reply. I lost my payment completely at the cost of their recommendation to cancel so I could ‘speak to the host’. Very unprofessional.
