What a lovely condo and resort for our first visit to Maine and the Kennebunkport area! A perfect fit for our family of four; two adults and two children ages 7 and 9. Our girls loved the bunk beds, having their own bathroom, and the pools most of all! The central air and ability to do laundry was a blessing, smart tv was awesome for downtime, and there were even puzzles and coloring in the drawers for the kids on a rainy afternoon. Absolutely everything you could need was provided, and Hannaford supermarket was only 10 min away. The location was excellent for exploring with most destinations no more than 10-12 minutes away, with the exception of Old Orchard Beach which was only 30 min away - and we never had to take the highway a single time! All the roads are wooded, winding and beautiful with views of fields, salt marshes, and forest. We went to Raptor Falls Dinosaur Mini Golf, Old Orchard Beach Palace Playland Amusement Park, hiking in Emmons nature preserve, visited the Trolly Museum and road an authentic early 20th century trolly car, and discovered the stunning beauty and spacious peace of Goose Rocks Beach - our girls could safely play and explore way far out in shallow coastline full of beautiful shells, hermit crabs (to their squealing delight), and super soft, clean sand. Magical. Visited shops, got dinner and ice cream in quaint downtown Kennebunkport in the evenings. Stellar hosts even surprised us with baked goods and gift card to GRB General Store. A stay!
