Very disapointing

This seems to be a mistake! H204 is a 2 bedroom and has great ocean views!! We are not sure what suite this renter speaking about though I can assure you it is not H204!!

Great location

6th stay in kauai. Have stayed before but previous wasnt great front ocean view. Very Good beachfront condo property. Benefit of great pool for kids, good small beach. Good restaurant on property. Safeway across the street very convenient. Liked that its in the middle of the island north/south so days trips were great. Booked again for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect. The king-sized bed in the one master was extremely comfortable, we could barely get out of bed. There were ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc... It was perfect. The inside of the resort makes you feel like you're far far away from everyone - with all of the amenities of being in a condo. It was perfectly clean and easy to get to. It's halfway between the North and South shore, which made it perfect for us, depending on which part of the island we wanted to go to that day.

Lovely vacation for our family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the location for our family. With two small children on PST, it was great to be able to roll out to the beach at 5:30 am local time (or earlier) and then to be at the pool by 7 am. The unit was very clean and we felt like we had more than enough space. The units were quiet, which was wonderful, as we were assured our children would be able to nap and go down for the night as they needed. Everyone was super professional. The concierge was especially helpful in finding us a great juice place (Kauai Juice Company) and we contacted her for just about everything. When there was unexpected construction on the unit above us, Josh called to apologize and give us a gift certificate to the restaurant on-site. I really liked the gent who made our reservation too. He was great. We so appreciated having a kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The only flaw was around the pack-and-play. It wasn't in our room as promised when we arrived and we didn't bring sheets as we were told we didn't need to. These were easily remedied, for sure! We have beautiful memories of being on the beach, in the pool, on the lanai, going down the waterslides. We also loved exploring the island. Loved the farmers' market in Kapa'a, Lydgate Beach was perfect for our budding snorkeler and swimmer, perfect to head up to Princeville and north. It was an awesome way to spend a vacation!

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to the Wiapouli Resort for a weeks vacation in October. This resort was recommended by a friend that stayed there last year. I initially looked to book thru Outrigger website but as I researched this resort I found that all the rooms had different views and thru Outrigger you could not pick your room. Then I found Kauai Exclusive and they had not only the perfect room, but they offered it at a better price. Our stay was fabululous. The resort was centrally located and the amenities were the best. We had a two bedroom three bath unit that gave all plenty of privacy and the in room laundry was a big plus.. H204 was in a perfect location to see the pool area and to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Overall the best please we have ever stayed. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Reviewer Comments: So called security with the 'wrist bands' for the pool and the checking was obnoxious and really didn't seem to serve a true security purpose. For private property versus a hotel resort, I don't expect to have to be tagged during my stay. The unit was good except for one sink in the master bath did not work and the screen to the balcony off the livingroom also did not work well. Exterior seemed to be in need of maintenance, disappointing for a high end property. Seemed to have concerns about security, so that was concerning. The property in general was very nice and grounds well kept.

Mahalo For recommending us to others! We have fixed the item in question and our team is working to slow down the arrival inspections so we do not miss small items like this. We are sorry our guest felt this way about our rules. These are privately owned suites and our Ohana of nearly 200 owners have rules in place to assure the safety and comfort of all quests and owners. Waipouli has a defective exterior finish, an item that should be covered under our warranty. Our Waipouli owners board has representation and we are all waiting on the resolve. There are some small areas that are unsightly due to this pealing, & with a project this new some defects are to be expected.

The condo amenities were top notch. Pool/beach towel service was great. It was a flawless vacation. The only minor hiccup was the noise and rowdiness of the kids during the Memorial day weekend, but the Resort stepped up security and tried to keep it as calm as possible. The lazy river and the monk seal sightings on the beach and is plus if you have children. The location in Kapaa is great because it is just short drives to Poipou, Waimea Canyon, and Princeville/Hanalei Bay. The bonus is the number of shops and restaurants just a walk or short drive away. Must eats in Kapaa: (Breakfast) Kountry Kitchen, Tropical Dreams Hawaiian Ice Cream, Ono Shaved Ice, and (Dinner) Kauai Pasta.
