The Entire nearly 1200 square foot home is all Yours. Great for large groups. You will have free access to Pools, Hot Tubs, Restaurant, and Gym.
The Neighborhood:
The Oasis Restaurant is onsite and one of the Finest in Kapa`a. Close to Shopping of every kind. Starbucks and Safeway across the street. Lots of shopping within Walking Distance. The Coconut Marketplace is blocks away and has really wonderful Shops and Entertainment.
Getting Around:
Centrally Located on the Coconut Coast of Kapa`a. There is open parking in large lot and you will be provided a Parking Pass. There is a local City Bus for Transportation. Taxis, Lyft and Uber are available on most parts of the Island.
Other Things to Note:
Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.
If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plus Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid to Blue Jade Real Estate prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.
