Conveniently located minutes from some of Santa Rosa`s best shopping, entertainment, and dining this home is the perfect blend of space and location.
The home has recently under gone a small makeover and was recently refurnished.
The house is powered by the sun and has 2 Tesla Powerwalls for back up power, so a local outage will never interrupt your trip.
This space is perfect for small to medium groups that want to come enjoy wine country, walk to one of the many excellent restaurants or breweries on the square, or business travelers looking for the comforts of home instead of a hotel.
Guests will have full use of:

Common areas (inside & out)
any and all kitchen items and other misc provisions that are in common areas
The space will be private and the host will only be present if requested or needed for assistance.
The neighborhood has a downtown buzz & charm but is the quietest street among the many that are adjacent to the square and business district.
Evening and weekends the street sees very little traffic and is similar to suburban neighborhood with the conveniences of being downtown.
Public transit is extremely accessible if needed but most Santa Rosa attractions are walking distance or a short uber/lyft ride away.
The home is fully Solar & Battery powered by 2 Tesla Powerwalls so you will lose power to the house if the local grid goes down.
There is off street parking spaces on property, street parking is limited and monitored by city of SR parking, but there is additional in parking lot 1/2 block from the house.
If you park in the driveway please pull all the way to the
rear of the driveway to allow the neighbor to pull in and out.
The driveway to the right of the home is a private parking lot and guest access in not permitted.
- Well behaved and house trained dogs of all sizes are welcome with responsible owners.
