Welcome to the Joya 2 condo at Singular Joy Downtown Hotel and Residences, with 24-hour private security on site, located in the central area of Playa Del Carmen.



The suite has two private rooms, the main bedroom has a King bed, air conditioning, curtains that darken the room, lamps, a spacious closet, and a safe. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, and air conditioning.



The condo has 2 full bathrooms equipped with towels, shower with rain shower head and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat-screen TV and a private balcony.



The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils included, as well as glasses, coffee cups, plates, and cutlery.
