Its single-level layout ensures easy movement and comfort for families, groups, or guests with limited mobility. Please note: stairs are required to access the apartment.



Guest Access:

Check-in and check-out are handled by our staff, not at the building’s reception. Any special requests should be communicated directly to our team. A designated parking space within the building is included, and guests can enjoy the shared pool during their stay.

Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, offering frequent connections to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecón. For quick and easy transfers, we suggest using taxis or Uber, both available in the area. If you decide to drive, we provide you with an assigned parking space.



Other Things to Note:

Personalized check-in and check-out. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a fee of $500 MXN; check-ins after 11:00 PM are not allowed.



Check-out is at 11:00 AM.



Electricity: 21 KWH per paid night is included. Additional KWH: $6 MXN each.



Maximum capacity: 6 guests, including children. All guests, including minors, must provide full names and identification at least 5 days before arrival. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The apartment is strictly non-smoking; pets and parties are not allowed. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee. We recommend reviewing all house rules before booking.
